Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy:
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Under below given terms and conditions, you are entitled to opt for replacement or store credits. Store credits are valid for a year and you can buy any product using the store credits.
We will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in a saleable, unopened and undamaged condition, in its original packaging and can be verified to be undamaged. Please note that in both the cases, we will pick up the product and ship it back.
We cannot offer any refunds or replacements for opened or used products.
- Raise a return/replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery or else shall not be considered for any replacement.
- In case of damaged/missing product, raise a return/replacement within 2 days from the date of receipt or else shall not considered for any replacement.
- We will take 2 working days to review your return/replacement request.
After the product is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement would depend upon the stock availability.
In case if a damaged product is delivered, images or videos to support the complaint, covering the Order number, Batch No. details clearly visible, should be shared on the email, without which it will not be possible to process the refund/replacement.
Returns/refunds shall be allowed under following conditions:
- Wrong Product Delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged/leaking/dirty product delivered (physically damaged /tampered product or packaging)
- Missing products
Returns/Refunds shall not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Opened/used/altered products
- Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing
- Serial Number/Batch Number is tampered
- Return/replacement requests is generated after 2 days from the date of delivery
- Damaged/missing product reported after 2 days from the date.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Returns/Refunds Policy.
- Returns/Refunds due to allergic/skin reactions are not applicable.
- Returns/Refunds due to reasons including personal dislike of the product; dislike of the fragrance; dislike of color that cannot be backed by proof of quality issues with the product itself are not applicable.
- Orders for Gift boxes are not applicable for exchange or refund.
- We are not responsible for damage after delivery.
Refund/Replacement processing would take one to three weeks (working days), depending upon the bank and the payment gateway, for the exchange request to be processed and closed appropriately.
We shall email you when your refund/replacement process is initiated.
No cash refunds are permitted.
Orders once placed through the website can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Post completion of 24 hours, orders will not be cancelled and no refunds will be made.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
